MY FIRST VISIT
Our team looks forward to welcoming you to our office! We are located at the intersection of Grove Way and N 6th St in Castro Valley and offer both private and street parking. Although we appreciate patients completing all New Patient Forms found on our website ahead of their first visit, patients are also welcome to arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out forms onsite. Our New Patient Exam begins with patients speaking with Drs. Mark or Mackenzie Murphy in our private consultation room to go over medical history, past dental history, and specific concerns. We then transition to our treatment room for any needed x-rays, including a CBCT scan if applicable. Afterwards, Drs. Mark or Mackenzie Murphy will complete a comprehensive exam including CBCT analysis, TMJ evaluation, oral cancer screening, and examination of teeth and gums. We will conclude by discussing all findings, recommendations, and any next steps.
Financing & insurance
Drs. Mark and Mackenzie Murphy and our team make every effort to provide excellent, affordable dental care. We accept cash, check, debit and major credit cards and work with numerous insurance carriers. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you so that you may be more easily reimbursed. For more extensive dental treatment plans, we work with CareCredit, which provides monthly payment options at reasonable rates.
